Great idea, I really enjoyed this thank you. Very excited for your publications!!!
PS do you think Loch Arthur could have any link to Arthwys ap Mar?? Live not to far away so the prospect is interesting to me. Its mentioned as a possible lady of the lake, sword claiming location locally.
My friend @p5ych0p0mp thinks there's a strong connection between Arthur and the general area, likely being one of the first places that the Coeling annexed north of the wall. Seems like it may have been a 'proving ground' for the early Coeling princes. This is also evident from the appearance of the Coeling kingdoms that appeared North of the wall (Caer Wenddoleu/Arfderydd, and Calchfynydd) after Arthur's generation (most likely established during Arthur's time), as well as many references to Rheged controlling the area in the late 6th century. Very good catch!
Fantastic. But I seem to have lost access to the like button for this post
When will this be available? I can't wait.....
I'm hoping to have everything finished up and released in October!
Wonderful news! Thank you for dedicating so much care and attention to these stories of our ancestors
