He's done fantastic detective work tracking down the possibilities. The type of confusion there is actually more common than you'd think as well, being seen with numerous families, even placing figures into the wrong dynasty!

This is the first time I have seen the Tudors given as descendants of Coel Hen. This is probably just new to me, but I find it fascinating. I suppose by that logic (Tudors) in a convoluted way the current British dynasty are also Coelings.

Not only are they descended from Coel by the line of Rheged they are likely descended from Cadrod ap Cynwyd ap Cynfelyn ap Arthwys as well.
